The best swell window for the North Pacific Coast (Potrero Grande-Mal Pais) is from November thru March.  The Central Pacific Coast (Boca Barranca-Jaco-Esterillo Este & Oeste) and the South Pacific Coast (Quepos-Dominical-Punta Burica) break best from April thru November.  Rainy season runs from May through November.

Dates of Travel:  Wed, April 2 - Wed, April 9, 2003.  (Easter 2003 is April 20th.)
