Nomination for Treasurer

Responsibilities include:
The ASC Treasurer is responsible for the all monies collected and disbursed by the ASC. That includes the collection, payment, and the documenting all financial transactions. The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining budget spreadsheets and preparing financial statements for each board meeting. The Treasurer is also in charge of preparing and submitting any tax filings on an annual basis. As a member of the Board this person is responsible for working with the team in the conduct of Club business. The Treasurer is a full voting member of the Board.

Bryan has agreed to step up and take the reins as acting treasurer as we had no nominees accept in an official setting this year. We will continue to work on a more permanent solution in the meantime.
