DC Surfrider Surf and Camp Trip
DC Surfrider is planning the sixth chapter surf trip to the Outer Banks for May 2010. We'll be spending three days and two nights at the Oregon Inlet Campground, in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Everyone is welcome to come and bring however many people you'd like. We just ask that you let us know the number of people and nights so that we know how many campsites we'll be taking up. To get your name on the roster for the beach dinner, carpool info, and interest in equipment rental and "lessons," go to our Google Group here: groups.google.com/group/DCSF-OBX.

Campsite is $20 per night, but allows six people and two vehicles. Just bring your tent and sleeping bag and you're all set. Of course, you might want some more things like food, surfboards, ukulele, etc.

The Outer Banks is a great place to be... even if you don't surf. Bringing along your non-surfing friends and significant others isn't a problem. Go to www.outerbanks.org for an overview of the area. This is a chance to hang out and get to know everyone, swap stories, and hopefully get in a little surfing. Or maybe a lot! E-mail Mike at mike@headspringsolutions.com if you have questions or problems accessing the Google group page.
