50 Across the Bay Bridge to Rt. 404
From inland points: 404 to 9/404 until you start seeing signs for "Cape May Ferry." Follow signs until you reach the Ferry Parking Lot on your left. See Park Directions below.
From southerly beach points: Take US 1 to Lewes, past Rehobeth outlets. I'm sure there's a better way, but I don't know it. Look for Cape May Ferry signs. Follow them until you reach the Ferry Parking Lot on your left. See Park Directions below. |

Henlopen Beach Park Directions:
Keep going straight, following signs to "Cape Henlopen State Park." Pay the $5 (unless you got DE plates). Follow signs inside park to "Herring Point Education Center." Pass the education center on your left. Keep rolling through the gate. If it's open, pull through the gate, down the access drive, up into the parking lot. Lot overlooks NJs. I will
be in the water or sleeping on the beach.
